How to Approach Rutanda
Feel free to do other forms of spiritual practice before or after doing Rutanda. Pray, meditate, read religious or spiritual materials, contemplate, or be mindful in Nature. However, do not do something else while you are concentrating on Rutanda. Keep the practice in its pure form.
This keeps what Rutanda has to offer in its most concentrated form of power. Doing Rutanda separately from other practices also reveals what benefits you are receiving from Rutanda and any other ones by clearly distinguishing them from each other.
Avoid the distractions of radio and T.V., caring for children, and so forth, while you are practicing. Keep your mind keenly focused on your practice.
