Introduction

Rutanda is a graceful Yoga practice with mindful poses that flow smoothly into each other. Its benefits include greater physical flexibility, balance, and strength, mental concentration, and a sense of well-being.

Rutanda is founded on the understanding that rich, personal experiences through physical, meditative movement and idealistic, mindful intentions can reveal knowledge and wisdom, and most importantly, reveal the truth of our reality and help us remember our identity with the Source.

Through such meaningful experiences we come to know, accept, and appreciate ourselves, others, and each other’s qualities. Through them we grow deeper and deeper into the Source.

Rutanda embodies a positive approach to increase our inner harmony by experiencing and accepting the feminine and masculine sides within ourselves and others. And we can obtain personal growth through purifying and beautifying our inner being. This roots us in the universe’s natural laws and order.

This discipline of Rutanda is systematic and takes us step by step on an amazing journey through stages of life while performing two sets of movement. Each set takes approximately seven minutes to perform. The real value of Rutanda is measured by the effect of its practice by those of us who sincerely seek greater physical health and return home to our beautiful essence through this path.
